Load subscription in reporting

With the new "Smoothed / Subscribed Expenses" module, you now have the option of subscribing or smoothing values in the desired accounting account, whether it exists in the imported chart of accounts or not. Your input will replace the actual imported data, making your reporting even more reliable.
