Addition of calculation modes in smoothed/subscriber charges - 2

Until now, you could manually enter the desired expense accrual for a selected period.
We've added to this input :

• the ability to calculate the subscribed charge as a % of another line (ideal for applying a theoretical margin rate, for example!)

• the option of taking data from an imported historical period and smoothing it over the selected period.
