New Landing Module

A new separate module that allows you to:
- create the budget portion of your landings from various sources (a budget, an actual fiscal year, a landing, or even a blank page)
- automate the updating of your landing page thanks to the dynamic configuration of the period covered
- view your landing on a monthly basis, without interference from previous fiscal years or different budgets
- make adjustments directly in your landing, without having to modify the source budget.
